By hosting Baddie Boot Camps and personal Fitness Coaching, I have helped my clients safely and effectively get into shape since July 2021. My approach to fitness will make you feel fit, healthy and happy in no time!

I believe living a healthy lifestyle starts from within. My goal as a Fitness Coach is to provide a motivating and positive environment where you can thrive and grow while reaching your health goals. My approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time. By continuous support and coaching, you will be able to maintain weight loss and self esteem.
I will build a personal relationship with you, work to reach goals surrounding all aspects of mental, physical, and social health, and provide support in order to reach those goals.

Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside! I will make sure your body and mind find the right balance. What are you waiting for? Book a session today! 1 hour sessions are $15/hr or purchase a package of $100/month
BADDIE BOOT CAMP
One Hour of power cardio paired with body weight training to a carefully curated soundtrack that will get you motivated to move your body! $10 per drop in class or $75 per month! Classes are held at Fab Dance and Fitness Academy located at 115 N Wyman in Rockford, IL
